Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a marketplace platform connecting customers with multiple verified sellers, certain products may be shipped directly by vendors while others may be fulfilled through Grizpy3's warehousing and logistics network.
Please read the following Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Upon successful cancellation:
Full refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customers may initiate a return request subject to eligibility under this policy.
2. Return Eligibility

3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products may not be eligible for return:

Consumed food products
Perishable products
Personal hygiene products after use
Customized or made-to-order products
Gift cards
Downloadable products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Products without original packaging

Grizpy3 reserves the right to verify all return claims before approving a return.
5. Reverse Pickup
Where service is available:
Reverse pickup will be arranged.
Customers are requested to keep products securely packed.
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable:
Customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
Reasonable shipping reimbursement may be provided upon approval.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds shall be processed after:
Successful return pickup; or
Return inspection and approval; or
Seller confirmation, where applicable.

Store credits
Reward points (during promotional campaigns)

7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be applicable in situations such as:
Missing accessories
Damaged packaging but usable product
Minor product defects accepted by customer
Quantity shortages
The refund amount shall be determined after review.
8. Multi-Vendor Orders
As Grizpy3 operates as a marketplace platform, a single order may contain products supplied by multiple sellers.
Accordingly:
Products may arrive in separate shipments.
Products may have different delivery timelines.
Returns and refunds may be processed separately for individual items within the same order.
Refund processing for one item shall not affect the processing of other items in the same order.
9. Shipping Timelines
Products Fulfilled By Grizpy3 Warehouse
Estimated dispatch:
24–72 Hours
Estimated delivery:
3–7 Working Days depending on destination.
Products Fulfilled Directly By Vendors
Estimated dispatch:
3–15 Working Days
Estimated delivery:
5–30 Working Days depending on product type, seller location, customization requirements and destination.
The estimated dispatch timeline shall be displayed on each product page.
10. Delayed Deliveries
Delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Transport disruptions
Seller-side delays
Regulatory restrictions
While every effort will be made to deliver within estimated timelines, Grizpy3 shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
11. Refusal of Returns
Return requests may be rejected if:
- Product has been used
- Product is damaged after delivery
- Original packaging is unavailable
- Return request is raised after permitted period
- Fraudulent claims are suspected
12. Seller Responsibility
Vendors selling through Grizpy3 are responsible for:
Product authenticity
Product quality
Correct descriptions
Compliance with applicable laws
Valid certifications and claims
Grizpy3 reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors repeatedly generating customer complaints or returns.
13. Marketplace Limitation
Grizpy3 operates as a marketplace facilitating transactions between customers and verified sellers.
While Grizpy3 actively supports dispute resolution, certain refunds, returns, warranties and product-specific claims may require seller verification and approval as per applicable laws and platform policies.
